Joining a yoga class for the first time can be overwhelming, so I want to make it as accessible for you as possible. Cue the creation of this program exclusively for complete yoga beginners. A safe space for you to try yoga for the first time and grow in confidence as we explore foundational yoga poses and techniques. In this course, we'll cover foundational yoga poses, techniques, and exercises to build your confidence and establish a sustainable yoga routine that will improve your well-being and the quality of your life.  All exercises and poses covered are thoroughly explained and variants are provided to make sure the practice suits and celebrates individual bodies and abilities. The pace of the classes is slow to ensure your safety and comfort, and we build on the learnings week after week to keep you engaged and potentiate your growth. I hope you enjoy the practice 💜
