Join us for a beginner-friendly yoga class in support of Bowel Cancer UK

Yoga is a wonderful way to recharge after a busy day at work and a practice that helps you keep fit and supports your emotional and mental health. 

Sabrina is a dear friend and one of my longest-standing yoga students, so I couldn't pass up on this opportunity to support her brave feat of smashing her *first ever* marathon, especially when it's on behalf of Bowel Cancer UK, a cause that is very close to my heart.

On the 18th of August, I made a split-second decision to run the London marathon - with just 44 days to go!

I've never called myself a 'long distance' runner... But somewhere between running my first 10K in 2019, and the Hackney Half in May, I found myself getting hooked. Yoga has been a huge help on my running journey, particularly teaching me how to be comfortable through adversity. Cat's Yoga classes are amazing, and I'm delighted that she's kindly running a special session dedicated to raising vital funds for Bowel Cancer UK. 

By joining this yoga class, your donation will help to:

Fund targeted research,

Provide expert information and support to patients and their families, 

Educate the public and professionals about the disease,

And campaign for early diagnosis and access to the best treatment and care.

Together, with your support, we can break the poo taboo, encourage people to see their GP if they're at all concerned, and save more lives - while being there every step of the way for patients and their loved ones.
